Introduction
Atrope is an inventory management system built for teams that need exact traceability — every stock movement, lot expiry, serial number, and reorder event tracked in one place.
It works as a system of record: the authoritative source of truth for what you have, where it is, and how it got there. Other tools (Shopify, QuickBooks, your 3PL) connect to Atrope; Atrope doesn’t depend on them.
What you can do
- Track stock on hand across facilities, locations, and stock statuses
- Manage lots and serials with full chain-of-custody from receipt to shipment
- Automate reorders using min/max policies and demand signals
- Receive against purchase orders with partial receipt support

Every receipt, shipment, transfer, and count posts a ledger transaction — a permanent, signed record of what moved, when, and by whom. The ledger is append-only; nothing is ever deleted.
Navigating the app
The left sidebar organises everything into sections:

The tenant section is labelled with your organisation’s name (e.g. “Lidl US”) and holds master data shared across all operations.
